Bouncing Balls is single player game suitable for playing online, by all age levels in a family. It was developed by game designer Peter Lee, in 2007 by Novel Games Limited. Programming was done by Peter Lee, and Steve Wong, with Ka Fai Chen doing the graphics. Its concept is based on the Arcade Game called Bouncing Balls.
Bouncing balls is a puzzle game where strategy must be considered. Clearing the field is the ultimate goal. The function of the game is to destroy balls in a group, so that ball groupings are destroyed before they hit the bottom. There are different colored balls that slowly fall down a grid.
The balls must be destroyed before they fall all the way down. If the balls reach the bottom without being destroyed, the player losers the game.
If the balls are destroyed, the player can move onto the next level of the game.
Overview
In order to destroy balls in the game, the game player must first form groups over three or more balls together, of the same color. Balls may be blue, red, green, or yellow. Once a group of three of the same color has been formed, they may be destroyed.
The score appears on the top left of the screen, and top players will appear on the leaderboard.
In 2008, Play Again and Home buttons were added near the end of the game. In 2010, background music was added to the game, with updated sounds. In 2013, four new language versions were added to encourage global play.

Starting at level one, when game play starts, the balls will appear one by one at the top of the screen, and slowly move downwards.
A colored ball will show up in the launcher at the base of the screen. The player will be using these to shoot upwards to the balls coming down. They’ll want to directly connect the balls together, even if the colors don’t match up.
The movement of the mouse will affect the movement of the launcher. The mouse can be moved back and forth, to affect the movement of the launcher, which moves back and forth with it. When the mouse is positioned where the player wants, they then click the mouse to launch the ball. The goal is to attach the colored ball to another of the same. For example, red to red.
The strategy is to form a group of three balls of the same color. This has the effect of destroying not only the group of 3 balls, but any balls of different colors that are also attached to this group.
